During installation, customers will be prompted to activate their product as part of the registration process. Activation requires a unique key code that will be verified as valid. While registration is optional, activation is required in order for the product to access to program or subscription updates. No personally identifiable information is required to activate a product.

Technical Support: If you request technical support online, we will ask you for information necessary to respond to your request such as your name, email address, and information about your computer hardware, software, and the nature of the problem you are experiencing.
